A test and repair unit utilizes a Standard mobile table with post-formed plastic laminate top. The unit is equipped with several optional accessories, including an adjustable overtable divider shelf on solid uprights, an articulating arm, metal safety shield, keyboard tray, and tiered drawer cases.

A mobile Storage & Instrument Station, available in several standard sizes, was selected for an HPLC application. The requirement for drawer storage was met with N3114 and N3116 drawer cases.

Mass Spectrometry & Instrumentation

Workstations for instrumentation in labs, particularly those dedicated to mass spectrometry, are crafted with precision and functionality to support intricate analytical processes. These workstations are designed to accommodate highly sensitive instruments and ensure optimal conditions for accurate measurements. Specialized features such as vibration-resistant surfaces, controlled environments, and modular configurations are integrated to enhance the performance of mass spectrometers and other analytical instruments. Ergonomic considerations, including adjustable instrument mounting and user-friendly interfaces, contribute to the efficiency of laboratory workflows.

Storage cabinets are used in combination with Standard tables in the design of this lab environment. The work tables are equipped with wiretroughs to provide much needed power, in addition to undertable shelves and pull-out keyboard trays. The flexibility of this selection can easily be seen in this sketch. All units are free-standing, which allows re-positioning of any or all workstations.

A completely different base was chosen to support mass spectrometer instrumentation. In this case, a Direct Drive automated table, which adjusts up and down at the touch of the button was selected, along with several different add-on options.

A 30″Dx50″L mobile storage station was selected for use as a base for a robotic test instrument. A need for considerable storage space is satisfied with three N7050 cabinets.

A customized unit was designed and built to handle the specific requirements of a medical instrumentation manufacturer. The 50″Dx84″L unit is equipped with several cabinets of different drawer and door configurations for storage of instrument peripherals.

Pharmaceutical & Chemical

Pharmaceutical and chemical workstations are purposefully designed environments that cater to the specialized needs of laboratories engaged in drug development, chemical analysis, and related research activities. These workstations are equipped with features that prioritize safety, precision, and adherence to stringent regulatory standards. Chemical-resistant surfaces, fume hoods, and ventilation systems are integral components to ensure a secure setting for handling and analyzing potentially hazardous substances.

Standard Mobile tables have been customized with the addition of wing units in this bi-level configuration. Optional accessories include Solid Uprights, light suspension system, flat screen articulating arm, document holder, and keyboard tray.

Organization is paramount for this packing station application.  This Packing Station was designed with a post-formed top, and includes a N3110 drawer case, powerstrip, pegboard, two spool holders, and an adjustable divider shelf on Solid Uprights.

A 30″Dx60″L Mobile Storage Workstation was the choice for an automated biochemical identification system. At the center is a keyboard tray, and heavy-duty rubber corner protectors to protect the unit and surroundings during transit.

Workstations designed for cleanrooms are precisely crafted for environments that adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and contamination control. These specialized workstations are essential in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and semiconductor manufacturing, where even minute particles can compromise the quality of production. Featuring smooth, non-porous surfaces, these workstations minimize the risk of particle generation and facilitate easy cleaning and sterilization.
