LD-026

A full wall of Series 7000 double cabinet features a sink in each group of 3 units. Each Island Station is designed with two double cabinets facing opposite directions, to configure a spacious two-worker workstation with ample storage.

LD-055

Extensive storage needs in a Biology Lab were easily met with Series 7000 cabinet components and adjustable overtable shelves. Powerstrips, keyboard trays, and a sink complete this layout.

LD-061

A two-sided microscope table was configured with a customized Series 4500 table for a hospital requirement. The 24″Dx96″L unit is manually adjustable in height from 30″ up to 37″.

LD-057

A test and repair unit utilizes a Series 4500 mobile table with post-formed plastic laminate top. The unit is equipped with several optional accessories, including an adjustable overtable divider shelf on double Standard Uprights, and articulating arm, metal safety shield, keyboard tray, and three tiered drawer cases.

The Series 6700 Mobile Lab Station, available in several standard sizes, was selected for an HPLC application. The requirement for drawer storage was met with Model N3114 and N3116 drawer cases.

Mass Spectrometry & Instrumentation

Workstations for instrumentation in labs, particularly those dedicated to mass spectrometry, are crafted with precision and functionality to support intricate analytical processes. LD-044

Series 7000 cabinets are used in combination with Series 4500 work tables in the design of this lab environment. The work tables are equipped with wiretroughs to provide much needed power, in addition to undertable shelves and pull-out keyboard trays. The flexibility of this selection can easily be seen in this sketch. All units are free-standing, which allows re-positioning of any or all work stations.

A completely different base was chosen to support mass spectrometer instrumentation. In this case, a Series 5500 electric table (Direct Drive) which adjusts up and down at the touch of the button was selected, along with several different add-on options.

A 30″Dx50″L Series 7000 mobile station was selected for use as a base for a robotic test instrument. A need for considerable storage space is satisfied with three Model N7050 cabinets.

A customized unit was designed and built to handle the specific requirements of a medical instrumentation manufacturer. the 50″Dx84″L unit is equipped with several cabinets of different drawer and door configurations for storage of instrument peripherals.

Pharmaceutical & Chemical

Pharmaceutical and chemical workstations are purposefully designed environments that cater to the specialized needs of laboratories engaged in drug development, chemical analysis, and related research activities. Series 4500 Mobile tables have been customized with the addition of wing units in this bi-level configuration. Optional accessories include double Standard Uprights, light suspension system, flat screen articulating arm, document holder, and keyboard tray.

Organization is paramount at this packing station application. A Series 4800 Packing Station was designed with a post-formed top, and includes a Model N3110 drawer case, powerstrip, pegboard, two spool holders, and an adjustable divider shelf on double Standard Uprights.

A 30″Dx60″L Series 7000 Mobile Station was the choice for an automated biochemical identification system. At the center is a keyboard tray with full-length wrist rest, and heavy-duty rubber corner protectors to protect the unit and surroundings during transit.

Cleanroom

Workstations designed for cleanrooms are precisely crafted environments that adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and contamination control. These specialized workstations are essential in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and semiconductor manufacturing, where even minute particles can compromise the quality of production. Featuring smooth, non-porous surfaces, these workstations minimize the risk of particle generation and facilitate easy cleaning and sterilization.

Several Series 7000 double and single cabinets were selected to create a U-shaped lab environment. A sink is located in one of the double cabinets.

A continuous row of Series 7000 cabinets includes a variety of drawer sizes and configurations. Cabinets were selected to suit the precise requirements of this lubricant manufacturer. A doubel cabinet with a mounted sink and fixtures is located at center of row.

Additional Lab Ideas

Perfect for making the most of corner space. A Series 5300 Quad workstation was selected for this application. Riser modules with powerstrip, keyboard tray, and a CPU storage unit were specified as options.

LD-005

A wide variety of Workplace® product lines blend well in this Materials Lab. Outer wall units are Series 7000 Banked Cabient Stations, with two rows positioned back-to-back and topped with a single work surface. Inner units are Series 4500 work tables. A Series 7000 Mobile Technician Station transports materials or equipment throughout the lab area. Back wall is reserved for Series 7100 Cabinet-to-Leg workstations, two of which are equipped with sinks.

Eight individual Series 7000 cabinets form an in-line row. A wide selection of drawer configurations make it possible to choose the correct drawer arrangement for each application. The dimensions of this particular row is 30″Dx144″Lx36″H
