How do I configure a bench?
We offer three convenient ways to look for product configurations. You can use our online configuration tool, explore our products to learn which workstation base will best suit your needs, or check out our applications page to sort through common configurations by application and industry. You can further configure your bench from our large selection of add-on accessories.
Need more help? Call one of our experienced Design Specialist who are ready to answer any questions you may have, as well as recommend a bench solution that rights for you. Our in-house engineering department will also provide engineered drawings of your bench to ensure your request is built out exactly as you want.
How do I order my workstation?
As we have no dealers, or reps, you can work directly with us. Simply fill out a qoute, order online through our store, or contact one of our Design Specialist by phone at 800.258.9700
Where are your workstations made?
All design, engineering and manufacturing is done at our Londonderry, New Hampshire facility. We are proudly 100% made in the U.S.A.
Can I convert stationary workstations into mobile workstations?
Stationary benches, including Standard or Heavy-Duty may become mobile, but bear in mind that adding mobility will increase the height by about 5″. Contact a Design Specialist for more information about our mobile workstation options.
I don't see something that matches what I need, can you make a custom workstation?
While we believe that we can meet most workstation requirements using our vast selection of modular components, we understand that thre will be times when something more customized is needed. Collaboration between you, your Design Specialist and our Engineering Department makes it easy to determine the scope of your project without losing valuable time. Contact a Design Specialist for more information on custom orders.
What is your lead time?
Our standard lead time is 30-45 days.
Some of our more popular sizes/configurations are available within 14 days via our Quick Ship category.
Please contact us if you have a requirement needed outside our normal lead times to discuss options.
Do you have a stock program?
We do not have “stock” workstations off the shelf. We build an inventory of popular sizes and components, which are configured based on your needs, then powder-coated in any of our 10 standard paint colors and shipped within 14 days. Please refer to our Quick Ship category when ordering.
How much weight can your workstations hold?
Our Standard Workstation holds up to 800 Lbs, evenly distributed.
Our Heavy Duty Workstation holds up to 1,500 Lbs, evenly distributed.
If you hvae concerns about weight, please tell a Design Specialist what you are putting on the worksurface and they will check with our Engineering team if there are any concerns.
What colors are available?
Workplace carries 10 standard powder-coat paint finishes. Click to view color selection. As colors will vary due to screen resolutions, please let us know if you would like us to send sample metal color chips.
Additional colors are available upon request. We can also color-match to your specific requirement.
What surface materials are available?
We offer a variety of laminate, resin, steel and wood top options. Cick here to view.
Does my order come assembled?
We offer a variety of options if you would like to receive your order assembled. Click here to learn more about our pre-shipment or on-site assembly and installation options.
Were can I dfind pricing?
Some of our work stations are available to purchase online right now. If you visit our store section of the website, you can see prices, place your order, and pay immediately. However, because our products consists of thousands of differeny modular parts and each workstation is configured to your specifications, you can request a qoute via our online configurator, or speak with a Design Specialist for a more personal option in the qouting process.
What makes your product different from other bench manufacturers?
