How we collect, use, and protect your personal information
Last Updated: July 22, 2026
This privacy policy describes how Workplace Modular Systems (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services. By using our website or providing your personal information to us, you consent to the practices described in this privacy policy.
1. Información que recopilamos
We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us for support. This may include:
- Personal Information: Your name, email address, mailing address, phone number (including mobile number), and payment information.
- SMS Opt-In Data: Records of your consent to receive text messages, including which categories you opted into (SMS Marketing and/or SMS Updates), the date and time of opt-in, and the method of opt-in.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.
2. Cómo utilizamos su información
Utilizamos la información que recopilamos para:
- Procesar y completar tus pedidos
- Enviarle confirmaciones y actualizaciones de sus pedidos.
- Responder a sus comentarios y preguntas
- Mejorar nuestro sitio web y nuestros servicios.
- Send you marketing communications, including SMS text messages, with your consent
- Send you transactional messages, including quote updates, appointment reminders, and order confirmations
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
3. SMS and MMS Text Messaging
We may send text messages (SMS and MMS) to the mobile phone number you provide to us. There are two categories of messages we send:
SMS Marketing
These are recurring marketing and promotional text messages including product news, promotions, and special offers. We only send SMS Marketing messages to customers who have explicitly opted in by checking the consent box labeled “SMS Marketing” on our web form at workplacenh.com/contact-us or by otherwise providing written or verbal consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS Updates
These are transactional text messages about your inquiry, including quote updates, appointment reminders, and order confirmations. We send SMS Updates to facilitate our service to you. These messages are sent regardless of marketing consent because they are necessary to provide our services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the type of messages you receive and your interaction with our business. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS Marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will process your opt-out within 10 business days. You will still receive SMS Updates (transactional messages) even after opting out of marketing messages, as these are necessary for service delivery.
Help
For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 800.258.9700 or 603.622.3727.
Third-Party SMS Providers
We use third-party service providers, including SMS gateway platforms and telecommunications carriers, to send text messages on our behalf. When you opt in to receive SMS messages, your mobile phone number and message content are shared with these providers and with wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) for the purpose of delivering messages to your device. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than facilitating message delivery.
Compliance
Our SMS messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and is registered under the Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code (A2P 10DLC) framework with The Campaign Registry (TCR). Our campaigns are reviewed and approved by major US wireless carriers prior to message delivery.
Data Retention
We retain SMS message logs and opt-in records for a period of 4 years to comply with regulatory requirements and to respond to disputes. Opt-out preferences are retained indefinitely to ensure we do not send marketing messages to users who have opted out.
For full details about our SMS program, including opt-in methods, message frequency, carrier support, and program terms, please review our Messaging Terms & Conditions.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, including SMS gateway providers, payment processors, and shipping partners, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
- Wireless Carriers: When you opt in to receive SMS messages, your mobile phone number and message content are shared with wireless carriers for the purpose of delivering messages to your device.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
