How do I configure a bench?
To configure on your own start by exploring our products, to learn which workstation base will best suit your needs. Further configure your bench from our large selection of add-on accessories. You can fill out and send in our Design Worksheet or email a Design Specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Need additional help? Call one of our experienced Design Specialists, who are ready to answer any questions you have as well as recommend which bench solution is right for you. Our in-house Engineering Department will also provide engineered drawings of your bench to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want.
How do I order my workstation?
As we have no dealers or reps, you work directly with us from your initial call through after-sales support. All operations are managed out of our Londonderry, New Hampshire operation.

Where are your workstations made?
All design, engineering and manufacturing is done at our Londonderry, New Hampshire facility.
I don't quite see what I need, can you make a custom workstation?
While we believe that we can meet most workstation requirements using our vast selection of modular components, we understand that there will be times when something more customized is needed. Collaboration between you, your Design Specialist and our Engineering Department makes it easy to determine the scope of the project without losing valuable time. Contact a Design Specialist for more information on custom orders.
What is your lead time?
Our standard lead time is 30-45 days.
Some of our more popular sizes/configurations are available within 14 days using our Quick-Ship program.
Please contact us if you have a requirement that is needed outside our normal lead time to discuss options.
Do you have a stock program?
We do not have “stock” workstations available off the shelf. We build an inventory of popular sizes and components, which are configured based on your needs, then powder-coated in any of our 10 standard paint colors and shipped within 14 days.
How much weight can your workstations hold?
Our Standard Workstation hold up to 800 lbs. evenly dispersed, while the Heavy-Duty Workstation holds up to 1,500 lbs.
If you have concerns about weight, please tell a Design Specialist what you are putting on the worksurface and they will check with our Engineering Department if there are any concerns.
What colors are available for the metal components?
Workplace carries 10 standard powder-coat paint finishes. Click here to view color selection. As colors will vary due to screen resolutions, please let us know if you would like us to send sample metal color chips.
Additional colors are available upon request. We can also color-match to your specific requirement.
What top materials are available?
We offer a variety of laminate, resin, steel and wood top options, click here to view.
Does my order come assembled?
Workstation components are typically shipped knock-down and unassembled, with pre-kitted hardware and assembly instructions.

Where can I find pricing?
As our product consists of thousands of different modular parts and each workstation configured to your specifications, we don’t have pricing available on our website. A Design Specialist is more than happy to provide you with an estimation or more detailed quotation.
